Southron Relics Terms and Conditions
- All items are described to the best of our
ability. Remember that the only true experts died over 100 years ago. If
we do make a mistake we will make it right.
- It is always best to call and reserve an item
as many of them are unique.
- We do out best to keep the web-site
up-to-date but sometimes items sell out of the shop or at a show and
aren't removed immediately.
- After you place your order and receive
confirmation from us, the item will be held for 7 days for payment to
arrive. If payment is not received within 7 days the item will be
re-listed Please call between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
- A minimum charge of $5.00 will be added to
cover shipping. Insurance will be extra and is required on all items
over $100.
- All items are 100% GUARANTEED original and
authentic to the Civil War era, or earlier. If for any
reason you are unhappy with the relic just return it UNALTERED within 7
days for a full refund minus shipping charges and any credit card
charges. In addition, I guarantee the items I sell for up to two years
after the date of sale, as to originality, or as described. All items
must returned to me with prior approval and must be in an unaltered
condition for this guarantee to be valid. I will not accept a heavily
cleaned, or altered relic at any time for refund after the sale by me is
complete. This means if an item I sold is found, or proven, to not be
original or as described, I will fully refund the purchase price if the
item is returned to me, UNALTERED, in the specified time frame. No
Exceptions.
- Layaways can be arranged on items over $100.
1/3 down and 1/3 in 30 days with balance due in full in 60 days. Due to
time factors there are no refunds on layaways. Only 1 item may be in
lay-a-way.
- We reserve the right to refuse service .
- We are always buying and trading so feel free
to make an offer. If we do not have it in stock, or on the
website, ask anyway, we may know where one is.
